A collaboration experiment (Part 3).

ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The ignorance of the 90s (Part 8).

ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The relevance of the 00s (Part 3).

Today I proudly present you something completely different:
It's an audioblogged minimal trance track to surf around the spheres.

And these are the actors:
TADEO: A male composer and producer of detroit techno and minimal trance music.
COZMONITE61: A female student, who audioblogged her life for a while; she also was nominated for the title of a superteen of North Carolina in 2005.
CHRONOVISOR: A young... err..., an old... err..., you know what? That's really not important!

ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The ignorance of the 90s (Part 7).

The next cracking dance track is the opposite of the before posted one, because it has lyrics (!) :-), and I thought, what a wonderful contrast! I got a massive creative impulse last night to mix that quickly and clean. You'll listen to the very extended original version. The tune is a classic house music song, which were produced massively in that time, but this one was beyond the standard for me back in those days. ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The ignorance of the 90s (Part 6).

At last, me old fruitcakes, I can tell you, the PC problem seems to be fixed, after buying a TFT widescreen monitor and changing the face of the working place.

The next artist I'll present you today was born in 1960 in Croydon in England. She began releasing records in 1982, and she was very successful in the 80s. She mainly is a spoken word artist, but she also plays piano and occasionally accompanies herself, with piano and voice mixing in a somewhat atypical 'New Wave style'. Many of her lyrics deal critically with the imperfections of humanity, everyday life, and politics. Especially in her early works she has created a gloomy, melancholy kind of atmosphere bordering on Weltschmerz.

Now the song I introduce you was originally released in 1984, being her "theme song" in the following years. I used to realize a dub version of the 1993 version according to the fact, that she is a poetry. This now is a poem without words dedicated to all poets of the world. ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The ignorance of the 90s (Part 5).

I have absolutely no idea, why the project of Toby Marks was so much presented to me in the last weeks. Maybe it's the timelessness of the music he produces, and I can tell you, I like it very much. Unbeliebably I have noticed, that the first three albums couldn't get a real release (nothing more, than tapes, but very high quality ones), because of the unlegality of samples he used in his songs; can't get it until today. But so, they are very listenable highlights now in electonic sounds of the early 90s.

The next tune I present you I used to get from - you'll know it - DreamTime, he posted a few weeks ago. I gave it a huge listen and made my own thing. It's a kind of a 'double-mix' of the main tune from the second release of Toby Marks' project. For more information and an overdose of good music visit the of DrimeTime. But now, do me a favour and ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.
