The relevance of the 00s (Part 7).

Was ist denn DAS hier??? Retro? Funk? House? Retrofunkhouse? Oder etwa Downtempo? Keine Ahnung! I have no clue! Es hilft also alles nichts... Also, habt Mitleid (mit mir); "don't spit on me", wie man in England sagt, und vielleicht trotzdem viel Freude damit. ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The decadence of the 80s (Part 26).

Do you know a pop musician, who was born in Barbados? I'm pretty sure you would, if you think of for a moment. This today presented artist had his first hits in the mid 60s as a member of THE EQUALS. Later, in the mid 70s, he turned into a solo career which culminates to the most commercial successful time from beginning to the mid 80s. And exactly that time is this today's tune from; a perfect pop song and one of my favourites back in those days. Take a listen to MY perfect extended version and ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

A collaboration experiment (Part 5).

Now, THAT is a gem! EXITING, isn't it?

My pal Mike, who was mentioned here before, is an acoustic nerd, which I also mentioned here before, he brought me to a field, ...mean to THE FIELD, which I also mentioned here bef... - I better leave it.....
So, he said to me: "Do some Lionel on that tune, because it will be mentioned at the end!" And I said: "Why not mentioning ...mean giving a try?" And I thought by myself: 'He's mentioned ...mean kinda RELATED to one of MY half-sisters, and HIS li'l sister sung this mentioned song with Lionel in a duet back in those days...'
So many mentions and some different relations in here. Did I mentioned that Mike geniously did the cover for this gem? Should ask him for doin' that more often. At last I should mention that you should have ...mean hopefully have fun with it. So, ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The ignorance of the 90s (Part 11).

Who the *euphemism* is Steffen Britzke, or who are Johann Gerhard Fuck or Vincent Cunt?
While the second one and third one are not real existing persons, or the do exist by accident or maybe by chance (who ever knows?), the first one IS real, VERY real. And he created SUCH beautiful melodies! One of those will presented here today, and the reason is, because this one was chosen to host a very popular german TV series named 'Alpha Centauri'. 217 episodes were produced between 1998 and 2006. One episode ran about 15 mins contenting lectures by a German Professor of Astronomy from Munich, who explained physical phenomenons in a fascinating way, that everybody seemed to understand. What a pity that this series will be not produced anymore!
I myself gave a softly touch to the song to bring it to the final lenght. ENJOY! Floyd Anderson.

The classical masterpieces (Part 4).

Quizfrage: Was ist repetitive Musik?
